Title: Endless Summer Vacation

Miley Cyrus announced the arrival of her new album via Instagram. She captioned the post “ENDLESS SUMMER VACATION. THE ALBUM. MARCH 10.” There have been many rumors of a collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion and Harry Styles on this new album. With the release of her first single, “Flowers,” fans are expecting the album to focus on Cyrus’ past relationship with ex-fiance Liam Hemsworth.

Artist: Dua Lipa

Title: TBD

Release Date: TBD

Although we don’t know much about Dua Lipa’s third studio album, she discussed its release in her podcast, saying “The album is different — it’s still pop but it’s different sonically, and there’s more of a lyrical theme.” While she did share details of the music, she did not want to give away the title of the album. She continued the interview saying, “If I told you the title, everything would make sense — but I think we’ll just have to wait.”

 

 

Artist: Lana Del Rey

Title: Did you know that there’s a tunnel under Ocean Blvd

Release Date: March 24, 2023

Lana Del Rey released the title track “Did you know that there’s a tunnel under Ocean Blvd” as her lead single on December 7, 2022. She worked with Jack Antonoff to produce and write the album. Antonoff has been involved in many projects in the past year, including “Midnights” by Taylor Swift, and The 1975’s “Being Funny in a Foreign Language.” 

 

 

 

 

Artist: Beyonce

Title: Renaissance Act II

Release Date: TBD

After the release of Beyonce’s Renaissance, she announced the release of two more albums. “This three-act project was recorded over three years during the pandemic,” Beyonce confirmed. Fans have had many guesses about what the album will sound like. Some are hoping for a more laid back, acoustic version of Act I, others are hoping for sonically similar music.

 

 

Artist: SZA

Title: SOS Deluxe

Release Date: TBD

After releasing her sophomore studio album, SOS, on December 9, 2022, SZA announced the release of a deluxe version of the album. She teased the release of the deluxe on the release date of SOS on her Instagram, saying “Please enjoy. Ps. Deluxe out soon 🤝 #TDE.” She has teased a couple features on the deluxe tracks, including a feature from Lizzo, and even a possible feature from Doja Cat. So far, the standard version of the album has included themes of growth and maturity, but we are unsure as to whether this will be continued in the deluxe version.

Artist: Ava Max

Title: Diamonds & Dancefloors

Release Date: January 27, 2023

Ava Max is making her return  to music with her Sophomore album “Diamonds and Dancefloors.” After three years since her debut album “Heaven & Hell,” which produced smash hits such as “Sweet but Psycho” and “Kings & Queens,” fans are hungry for new music. 

 

 

Artist: Kali Uchis

Title: Red Moon in Venus

Release Date: March 3, 2023

Kali Uchis became a staple in the R&B world with her release of her second studio album, “Sin Miedo (del Amor y Otro Demonios).” While she hasn’t released an album since 2020, she has released a song titled “No Hay Ley,” which is speculated to be on her newest album. In an Instagram post in December, she stated she “officially turned in my latest contribution to this world,” leading fans to believe a new album would be released sometime in 2023. It wasn’t until January 5th when Uchis announced via Twitter she would be releasing two albums this year, saying “My third album & the next are both finished, one is an English album one is a Spanish album.”

Artist: Maneksin

Title: Rush!

Release Date: January 20, 2023

Maneskin’s fourth studio album, “Rush!” is set to be released on January 20th. The band announced their new album on Instagram on October 31, 2022. The band has already released multiple singles, including “La Fine,” “Gossip,” and “The Loneliest.” The official tracklist has been released on their Instagram.

 

 

Artist: Travis Scott

Title: Utopia

Release Date: TBD

Originally planning to release “Utopia” in 2022, Travis Scott’s fourth studio album has finally been announced to be released in 2023. Due to the tragedy of the Astroworld incident in 2021, the album was pushed back several times. However, after adding “Utopia” to his Instagram bio, and posting about the album in August 2022, fans are speculating the “Utopia” will finally be released in 2023. In his post, he wrote “Time to finish,” most likely hinting at his new album.

Artist: Kelly Clarkson

Release Date: TBD

After not releasing a pop album since 2017, Clarkson has finally announced the release of new work in 2023. She confirmed the album in an interview with her producer of the Kelly Clarkson Show. In the interview, she stated “”I have an album coming out this year. I swear, I know that I have been talking about it but look, I’m going to be really honest with you…and there is a really cool way we’re releasing it.” While we do not know much about this new album, we know for certain that it will be released sometime this year.
